Pescaria presenta "Tonnerò": la tradizione della cucina di mare nel panino dello chef Peppe Guida

🍴 Pescaria, a quick-service restaurant chain from Polignano a Mare, introduces "Tonnerò" sandwich, designed by Michelin-starred chef Peppe Guida. Featuring canned tuna, burrata, tuna sauce, smoked tuna, seasoned tomato, and fresh basil, the product aligns with Pescaria's fusion of haute cuisine and quality seafood street food. Peppe Guida will appear in Netflix's "Chef's Table: Noodles" series, starting October 2. Pescaria, known for its product quality, ranked second worldwide by Time Out for its tuna tartare sandwich. Sales trends show a 75% customer preference for sandwiches, with 7,500 fried octopus sandwiches and 8,000 special octopus and pepper sandwiches sold last month. Expansion plans include new openings in Bari and Lecce, alongside international growth, with an emphasis on staff training to ensure quality and craftsmanship. The "Tonnerò" sandwich is available for take-away and delivery until October 3 at all Pescaria locations, including Polignano, Trani, Milan, Bologna, Turin, Rome, and Verona.
