🍴 The Quellenhof See Lodge, a 5-star resort, opened in 2022 by the Dorfer family in Val Passiria, features the Underwater Restaurant with only four tables and a seating capacity of 10-12 people. Julian Marth, born in 2000, is the new Executive Chef, who blends local products with Mediterranean influences. The resort is an adults-only luxury spa hideaway, offering a unique experience amid alpine comfort and tropical ambiance. The tasting menu, created in collaboration with nearby producers, includes an eight-course meal highlighting local flavors fused with international elements, such as the iconic Salmerino della Val Passiria fish. Sommelier and Chef de Rang Elias Plunger enhances the dining experience with an exclusive selection of white wines from Alto Adige, served using the Coravin system.
