🛒 The 24th edition of Forum Retail, organized by iKN Italy, featured nearly 4,000 participants, over 280 speakers, and 40 hours of conferences. BVA Doxa's research presented at the event indicated that 70% of Italian consumers seek new shopping experiences, 88% desire seamless purchase processes, 75% want more personalization, and 63% are willing to share personal data for benefits. KPMG highlighted six key retail trends, including artificial intelligence investment by 64% of global CEOs, the rise of omnichannel integration with over 70% of consumers using multiple channels, mobile shopping projected to reach 62% of e-commerce, and immersive technologies expected to account for 7% of sales interactions by 2027. Additionally, 87% of companies have increased profits through technology in the last two years.
