A teacher from a hotel institute highlighted the lack of update courses for tourism subject teachers, suggesting a need for regular professional development, which is not currently supported by the school system. The Ministry of Tourism is encouraged to collaborate with the Ministry of Education to create update pathways for tourism teachers. Meanwhile, the Venice-based luxury hotel Bauer has been purchased by Mohari Hospitality in partnership with Omnam group for $300 million, with an additional $150 million planned for renovations.

🍺 Carlsberg Denmark partners with DLG and Viking Malt to buy Danish malt barley grown by regenerative principles for a Carlsberg beer available in 2025. As part of its sustainability strategy "Together Towards ZERO and Beyond," Carlsberg Group aims to exclusively use regenerative agriculture raw materials by 2040. Currently, Carlsberg has purchased 500 tons of malt barley for brewing 3.3 million liters of beer. A special edition Carlsberg beer with 100% regenerative malt barley will be released in 2025. Carlsberg's Danish CO2e emissions, 24% of which come from agriculture, are expected to be reduced by this switch to regenerative farming.

Iryo festeggia due anni sul mercato iberico

With 65 daily connections and a fleet of 20 Frecciarossa trains, the company links 11 cities, including Madrid, Barcelona, Zaragoza, and others.
