Since 2017, Pasticceria Elia of Giffoni Valle Piana, established in 1968 by Elia Soldivieri and now run by his son Emilio, offers the Pan di Stevia, a preservative-free artisanal panettone sweetened with stevia. Other whole ingredient panettone varieties include classic, apricot, hazelnut, apple, and the MRS, a tribute to typical Campanian Christmas flavors.
