☕ 25 ottobre, Torino: Durante Buonissima 2025, Lavazza ha presentato El Ronero, un caffè monorigine affinato per oltre 100 giorni in botti di rum cubano. Proveniente da Santiago e Granma, Cuba, è coltivato in modo sostenibile. El Ronero ha note di pera, zucchero di canna e cioccolato fondente. Agostino Perrone, del Connaught Bar di Londra, ha creato il "Golden Coffee", un cocktail con El Ronero, esaltando la versatilità del caffè nella mixology e gastronomia.

🍽️ 2025, Italy: TheFork Awards, sponsored by Mastercard, honored Italy's top new restaurants. 80 chefs and 56 restaurants participated. People's Choice Award winners included Adelaide! Bottega Bar (Turin), Cecchini in Città (Florence), and Mezzena (Palermo). Mastercard Impact Award went to Tribarakkio (Catanzaro) for social value. For the first time, they print SCA parameters on packaging, detailing blend type, origin, and sensory characteristics. The initiative debuts with the "Ristretto" blend, compatible with Lavazza A Modo Mio, Nescaffè Dolce Gusto, and pod machines. This innovation will gradually extend to all products, enhancing customer choice and setting a new industry standard.

Il 27 ottobre, il Summit della Ristorazione Collettiva s'è tenuto presso CIRFOOD DISTRICT. L'evento ha evidenziato i rischi economici per il settore, sollecitando politiche pubbliche sostenibili. 🍴 FIPE-Confcommercio and Progetto Itaca launch an initiative on November 18, 2025, in Milan called "La mente e il cuore con il cibo" to integrate social inclusion with culinary training. The program ends in December with a practical simulation and certification. It aims to combine hospitality, technical skills, and human interaction, while addressing mental health stigma. For over 25 years, Progetto Itaca has focused on mental health awareness and prevention.

🏨 Paola Navone and Gian Paolo Venier designed the "Estate Italiana" suite at MODE Hotel in Rimini, with artistic direction by Cristina Pettenuzzo. The suite features a striking red and white striped sofa and a 15-square-meter bathroom, significantly larger than the typical 4-square-meter hotel bathroom. The unique design pays homage to the Riviera's light-heartedness. MODE Hotel emphasizes sustainability, with individually themed suites offering a fresh approach to hospitality.

🍷 Con oltre 400 vini da 150 aziende campane, l'evento "Eruzioni del Gusto" si è concluso alla Reggia di Portici. Promosso dall'associazione culturale ORONERO, ha incluso degustazioni, convegni e incontri sulla sicurezza alimentare. La guida vitivinicola campana, giunta all'undicesima edizione, è stata presentata. Il progetto "Campana tracciata in blockchain" permette di conoscere gli ingredienti della pizza tramite QR code. La Regione Campania finanzia 100 pizzerie globali per promuovere i prodotti campani.

🌱 Nel 2024, Ponti ha raggiunto la parità di genere e azzerato il gender pay gap. Ha aumentato i premi di risultato del 7,8% e destinato il 13% al welfare aziendale. Con 660 ore di formazione, Ponti ha investito in sostenibilità (63%). Ha donato 205.000 euro a cause solidali e utilizzato energia rinnovabile, risparmiando 292 tonnellate di CO₂. La plastica nei formati da 1 litro è stata ridotta del 27%.

☕ Caffè Vergnano supports female entrepreneurs with "Women in Coffee – Apri il tuo bar con Caffè Vergnano," offering two €20,000 grants for opening new businesses in the Horeca sector. Since 2018, they've promoted female empowerment, creating a community of 80 Italian and 30 international locations. Applications are open to entrepreneurial women until December 31, 2025, via email. Winners join the Women in Coffee community, gaining visibility and commercial support.
