The Easter menu features quail eggs with hops, zucchini flowers, seared salmon with savoury zabaglione, Carnaroli risotto with aged Parmigiano Reggiano, lamb ravioli, baked goat with polenta and potatoes, and a reinterpretation of the traditional Neapolitan pastiera cake.
