Key markets included Germany, France, the USA, the UK, Spain, and Poland. Emotional connections from over 250 million tourists visiting Italy in 2024 contributed to this export success. Seven companies shared their production secrets on social media, amidst concerns over US tariffs potentially impacting future exports. Unione Italiana Food represents 530 Italian companies producing over 900 brands.

London's venue offering could plummet by over 57% from 8,457 to 3,617 within five years. Despite this, luxury cocktails thrive, with Salvatore Calabrese's Salvatore’s Legacy priced at €8,800, making it Europe's most expensive. The Baccarat x Patrón, crafted by Calabrese for Baccarat's 260th anniversary, auctioned on April 7 for €36,990 in Dubai, and the Ritz Carlton Tokyo's Diamonds are Forever sold for over €18,000.

Giuliano Bucci won the Pizza Napoletana STG category, Giuseppe Balsomini took home the Pizza Classica and Sustainability awards, Stefan Enchev and Dzehyan Dzhaferov triumphed in Pizza a Due, Jenny Fontebasso excelled in Pizza Senza Glutine, Giuseppe Criminisi dominated Pizza in Teglia, Giorgio Sabbatini led Pizza in Pala, and Mattia Montagnani topped the World's Best Homemade Pizza category. Technical skill awards went to Takumi Tachikawa for Freestyle, Massimo Montoli for Largest Pizza, Giuseppe Amendola for Fastest Pizza, and “Duri come il Marmo” team from Massa Carrara won the World Pizza Team competition. Nicole Batzella received the Triathlon Pizza prize and Giuseppe Criminisi also claimed the Parmigiano Reggiano award.
