🍕 Mennato Pastore, a master pinsaiolo at Pinsami, an Emilian company specializing in high-quality pinsa, highlights the craft of creating the perfect pinsa - light, crispy, and soft inside. The secret lies in selecting prime ingredients like wheat, rice, soy, and sourdough, and meticulously balancing the mix. The dough, made with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and cold water, is highly digestible with low gluten content and no animal fats. The Italian consumers are increasingly enjoying pinsa, indulging in it on average three times a month. Pinsami combines artisanal and industrial processes to maintain the freshness of pinsas, even in precooked versions.

La summer Iberia Più voli su Roma per il Giubileo

✈ Iberia, starting 29 March, will offer six to seven daily flights to Rome due to the Jubilee Year. Summer operations resuming to Catania, Olbia, Cagliari, and Palermo with 2024 flight numbers. In Europe, four extra weekly flights to Paris for up to 11 daily flights. Brussels and Vienna will see up to four direct flights daily. Seasonal destinations return, including Ponta Delgada from 7 June with three weekly flights; Portugal's Lisbon (up to 36), Porto (up to 28), Funchal, and Faro (both up to five) per week. Albania's Tirana and Slovenia's Lubija resuming on 7 June and 27 July, respectively. Direct flights from Spain to Santorini, Mykonos (5-6 weekly), and Corfu (seven weekly by August). Athens route increasing to 30 weekly flights by August. Dubrovnik, Zagreb, and Split returning to Iberia's network with up to 17, 9, and 9 weekly flights, respectively. Long-haul routes to Latin America reaching record connectivity in 2025 with 3.2 million seats (4% increase from 2024) and 300 weekly flights.
