💸 Hilton's Q2 2025 revenue increased by 6.3% to $3.14 billion compared to Q2 2024, with EBITDA rising to $1.01 billion from $917 million. However, RevPAR decreased by 0.5% due to a slight drop in occupancy to 74.4%, despite ADR rising 0.2% to $163.78. 💸 NewPrinces Group signs a binding agreement to acquire Carrefour Italia SpA for €1 billion, becoming Italy's second-largest food group by revenue. Expected closing by Q3 2025, subject to regulatory approvals. Carrefour Italia's 2024 gross sales: €4.188 billion. NewPrinces aims for €6.9 billion consolidated revenue. 🏨 CitizenM was officially acquired by Marriott International, integrating into its systems by year-end. Anthony Capuano, CEO of Marriott, announced that CitizenM will join Marriott Bonvoy. CitizenM operates 37 hotels with 8,789 rooms across 20 cities in the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, known for innovative tech, people-focused hospitality, and efficient design. This acquisition adds to Marriott's lifestyle brand offerings, meeting travelers' demand for unique experiences.

🏨 Pellicano Hotels Italy expands in Umbria with the acquisition of La Badia, a 3,400 sq. meter property near Orvieto, slated to open in 2027. This former Benedictine abbey, dating between the 6th and 12th centuries, will be transformed into a 24-room hotel with services like an outdoor pool and spa, thanks to an investment exceeding €43 million.
