🍴 Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi in Florence collaborates with Michelin-starred Chef Iside De Cesare to enhance its dining experience. De Cesare, previously leading La Parolina, now oversees three gastronomic outlets including Terrae Restaurant, featuring Tuscan and Italian cuisines with contemporary touches, alongside Resident Chef Salvatore Canargiu. The luxury 16th-century hotel also offers Milton Bistrot and Aria Rooftop, providing an all-day-long dining experience, signature cocktails, and local snacks. Pierluca Chiavetta, General Manager, highlights De Cesare's role in elevating their gastronomic offerings, aiming to make Tivoli a premier luxury dining destination in Florence. Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi features 86 rooms, including 8 suites, and maintains its Renaissance identity. Opened in June, following Tivoli Portopiccolo's 2023 launch, it is Tivoli's second Italian location.

Tiporto: il nuovo food concept di cucina di mare approda a Cantù

🍹 TIPORTO, a seafood restaurant concept by Pabel Ruggiero, Filippo Lo Forte, Stefano Mandaradoni, and Danilo Giaffreda, replicates its success from Monza to Como area. Within eight months, it gained popularity for its quality seafood and playful style, echoing the approach of Pane & Trita, their first venture nearing a decade in 2025. TIPORTO Cantù, a 500 sqm space with 240 seats, features a nightly fish auction to prevent waste, contributing to saving a ton of fish from being wasted in Monza. The menu includes 100% Italian wheat bronze-drawn pasta, a fish fry served by the meter, and an exclusive 'Tiporto Secret' private area. Open daily for lunch and dinner at Via Milano 71, Cantù (CO).
