🏠 Probios Group acquired a 60% stake in BMS Srl, increasing from 30%, with support from Agreen Capital in Spoleto. 🏨 Soges Group sold the Hotel Borgo di Cortefreda to Palazzo Costanzi S.r.l. while securing a long-term lease. The lease spans nine years, renewable for another nine, with an annual fee of €370,000 plus VAT. The property, bought for €3,292,268 from Intesa Sanpaolo, was sold for €4,900,000 plus taxes. CEO Andrea Galardi highlighted this move as a strategic step to enhance financial flexibility and ensure ongoing management under the Place of Charme brand.

✈️ Lufthansa Group is undergoing significant changes, with plans to centralize all companies in Frankfurt by January 1, 2026, and potentially acquire a 90% stake in Ita Airways by mid-2026. 🏨 Barceló Hotel Group acquired the Evergreen Laurel Hotel in Levallois-Perret, Paris, marking its debut in France. The hotel, rebranded under Occidental Hotels & Resorts, features 338 rooms, including 17 suites. The acquisition was a share deal worth 70 million euros. The hotel offers 700 m² of event space, 10 meeting rooms for up to 400 people, an executive lounge, restaurant/bar, fitness and wellness areas, and 105 underground parking spaces.

🏨 Nani Mocenigo Palace acquired boutique hotel Ca Maria Adele in the Dorsoduro district, Venice, for over €10 million, adding 16 luxury rooms. Now, Nani Mocenigo offers 48 distinctive rooms. BNM srl, led by Carlo Salvatori and Paolo Caffi, manages this alongside 21 apartments at San Vio and San Teodoro Palaces. The group’s annual revenue is €10 million, with growth potential.
