Come prevenire i no-show e le cancellazioni dell’ultimo minuto negli hotel?

  • Lou Rondy2
  • 29 Ottobre 2024
🎃 Frequent, personalized communication reduces hotel no-shows and last-minute cancellations. Three well-timed reminders—booking confirmation, pre-arrival (3-7 days before check-in), and same-day reminders—are recommended. Automated messages can confirm arrivals, aiding in efficient room allocation. A reliable hotel CRM, like D-EDGE's integration with LoungeUp, allows for creation and automation of emails with reminders, promotions, and local attractions, centralizing guest experience management.
