Requisiti minimi di soggiorno negli affitti per le vacanze

  • Karina
  • 27 Gennaio 2025

This strategy can increase revenue stability and reduce turnover and cleaning frequency but may deter short-stay guests, potentially losing opportunities in slower seasons. Market demand analysis and flexible pricing strategies are key for effective minimum stay implementation, balancing booking maximization without alienating potential guests.
