GDF Hotel cresce, previsti 51 milioni di fatturato

💸 GDF Hotel closed 2024 with a turnover of €37,253 million, over 10% increase from the previous year. The average daily rate (ADR) rose by 3.5%, and EBITDA grew by 17.6% compared to 2023. 🏖 European Travel Commission's research finds Europeans planning longer stays with higher budgets despite a 3% drop in overall travel intent to 72%. Top travel intent countries include Poland (80%), the UK (79%), Netherlands and Spain (75%), Italy (73%), while France (65%), Belgium (68%), Austria and Switzerland (69%), and Germany (70%) are less inclined. Interest in Eastern Europe rises by 3%, while Mediterranean destinations see an 8% dip in popularity. From April to September 2025, 27% plan three or more trips, an increase of 6%, and 42% aim for 7-12 night holidays, up by 11%. Budgets are rising, with 30% expecting to spend €1,501-2,500, up by 7%, and 17% over €2,500. Inflation cost concerns fall from 23% to 17% annually, and personal finance worries drop to 14%, down by 3%. Spending priorities are accommodation (27%), food and drinks (20%), and activities (16%), with younger travelers favoring shopping (15%) and luxury experiences (11%). Southern and Mediterranean Europe remain popular, but interest is declining as travelers seek alternative destinations, with Austria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Albania, Belgium, and Bulgaria noticing a ~1% rise in interest. Summer 2025 bookings indicate 60% room sales for June, 64.8% for July, and 65.4% for August, with expectations to rise as the season approaches.

Ryanair, O’Leary: “Abbasseremo le tariffe”
