Ristorazione: prezzi in crescita, ma rallenta l’inflazione nel 2024

📊 December 2024 saw restaurant service prices rise by 0.1% from the previous month and 2.9% from the same month the previous year. The average price increase for restaurant services in 2024 was 3.2%, down from 5.9% in 2023. Collective catering prices grew by an average of 3.7% annually, a substantial jump from 0.5% in 2023. General inflation in December grew by 1.3%, reaching a yearly increase of 1%, largely due to a significant drop in energy prices. Bar prices increased by an average of 3.3% in 2024, with ice cream and pastry products rising by 4.0% and 3.7%, respectively. Traditional restaurant prices went up by 3.4%, pizzerias by 3.2%, gastronomy by 3.3%, and delivery services by 2.6%. Canteen prices (family portion) increased by 3.6% compared to the 2023 average.

EmergenteSala: i nuovi talenti del servizio di sala in sfida nella capitale

🍴 The "EMERGENTE" series resumed in 2025 with "EMERGENTESALA," an event focused on "Servizio di Sala" in Italy.
