🍴 Chef Pierluca Ardito will feature at “FOODART Trends – Il Menù del Futuro” on March 10 at 15:30 at Istituto Eccelsa, Alberobello (BA). The event, organized by Unilever Food Solutions in collaboration with the Federazione Italiana Cuochi (FIC), is free and available in person or via streaming. Ardito, also Executive Chef at Nobis and Grand Hotel La Chiusa di Chietri, will interpret the "Cibo Benessere" trend, showcasing three original recipes, highlighting the global "Future Menus" report's key trends.
