🍕 Molini Pivetti celebrated its 150th anniversary at Identità Milano, participating for the first time in the renowned international cooking congress. Creations by Valerio Iessi, Daniele Ferrara, and Stefano Billi highlighted the versatility of Pivetti's flours, like Incanto and Professional Pizza Blu. Pastry chef Ciro Poppella introduced La Perla Nera, marking the company's milestone. Upcoming events include Pivetti in Pizzeria Selection starting April and a training day on March 25 in partnership with Iannucci Academy.
