🍴 Tommaso Sivieri from Blu Spilimbergo won the Gran Premio ORO CAFFÈ TALENT 2025, held in Tavagnacco, Italy, securing 30 kg of ORO CAFFÈ for his café and a Latte Art course. The contest started in November 2024 with about 40 local participants, culminating in a final event on March 25, 2025, judged by experts Paolo Zucca, Lucio Del Piccolo, and Andrea Lattuada, SCA international judge. Second place went to Fabrizio Lesa, and third to Alberto Villanova. ORO CAFFÈ was founded in 1987, produces 6,000 kg of coffee daily, serves about 2,000 venues in Italy, and is present in 42 countries.

🍷 Stevie Kim, at Identità Golose in February, highlighted Lambrusco's impactful Italian wine communication, now in 90 countries. The Consorzio Tutela Lambrusco's repositioning strategy showcases the variety of Lambrusco grapes like Sorbara and Grasparossa. The frizzante style accounts for 95% of production. World Lambrusco Day on June 21, with the first edition in Paris 2023, leads to the 2025 event at Punta Helbronner on Monte Bianco at 3,466 meters. The Consortium's promotion strategies, including the World Lambrusco Day, are recognized internationally, with an invitation to Brussels for a conference on June 25-26.

📚 Woolex, part of FMTS Group, offers Summer Camps in England, Malta, Ireland, and Paestum, Campania, for 16 to 19-year-olds, lasting one week between June and July.
