Saudi Arabia is the Guest Country, highlighting its rapidly expanding market and demand for hospitality innovation. SIGEP World 2025 will host over 40 international events with 60 speakers, and has attracted over 520 buyers from 79 countries through the Top Buyers' Program, while more than 2,500 European buyers have been targeted with the Premium Program. Key participants include 34% from chains and 28% from artisanal producers and labs; additionally, 20% importers, 14% distributors and wholesalers, and 4% from the retail and collective catering sectors.
