✈️ Neos launches direct Bari-New York flights starting June 3, 2025, ending October 15. Flights every Tuesday using a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner with 355 seats. Departure from JFK at 16:00 local time, arriving in Bari on Wednesday at 08:00, returning the same day at 11:30 to land in New York at 13:50. The new route aims to transport approximately 12,700 passengers in its first year, enhancing Neos' network which includes daily offers from New York to Italy.

📍 Sea Prime announced the expansion of its Linate hub at the 2024 Mebaa show in Dubai. CEO Chiara Dorigotti highlighted the project's significance for high-level customer experience, noting Middle Eastern clients comprise about 5% of their traffic. The initiative focuses on comfort and efficiency, aiming to strengthen Sea Prime's leadership in business aviation across Italy and Europe, while also preparing for the 2026 Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics. The expansion includes approximately 10,000 sqm of aircraft apron space, which will be followed by terminal improvements.

🚨 Sindacati at Edimburgo Airport announced a strike over Christmas and New Year. Tanker drivers from North Air will strike for 19 days, starting 5 AM on December 18 until 4:59 AM on January 6, 2025. North Air supplies fuel services to national and international airlines at Edinburgh Airport.

✈ Qanot Sharq Airlines will start a new weekly flight from Milan to Uzbekistan on April 5th, connecting Milan to Urgench and Tashkent to Milan. The service operates an Airbus A321 neo with 12 business class and 190 economy seats, aiming to become the go-to carrier for Uzbekistan links. The growing demand from Italian tourists and travel agencies is noted by Francesco Veneziano, VP Commercial of Distal GSA Italia.

🏆 Arabian Adventures, part of the Emirates group, launches new experiences for the 2024/2025 season, including the Veuve Clicquot Desert Experience and shared city tours in Dubai starting October 2024. "The Fort – Lisaili" is a new multi-functional destination 45 minutes from downtown Dubai. A special offer for the Dubai World Cup includes a 5-night VIP package with private suite access, premium chauffeur service, and a 5-star hotel stay from April 4-9, 2025. Packages for the Abu Dhabi Formula 1 Grand Prix are also upcoming. 📌 SVOLTA Caffè Q8 was inaugurated in Mariglianella, Naples as an evolution of the Q8 store Svolta, already present in over 80 service stations. The café offers high-end food & beverage products with a focus on local territory excellence. The project aims for environmental sustainability with specially designed materials and techniques. 🍕 In Parma, the 32nd World Pizza Championship will take place from April 8-10, 2025, featuring hundreds of pizzaioli from over 55 countries. The 2025 edition introduces the "World’s Best Homemade Pizza" contest for amateur pizzaioli aged 16+ who haven't worked professionally as cooks/pizzaioli. Registration for amateurs starts on December 6, until seats run out, while professionals have been registering since December 1. Nearly 2 in 3 Italians eat pizza weekly, and registration fees remain unchanged for 2025, with an early discount until January 15.

🍷 Cavazza celebrates Christmas 2024 with two wine offerings, the sweet and enveloping "Capitel Recioto di Gambellara Classico DOCG" and the "Box Identità" gift set featuring three signature wines: "Bocara," "Corallo," and "Fornetto." The Recioto, produced in Vicenza's western region, follows the ancient "picai" method where grape clusters are naturally dried while hanging. 🍕 "Tuttopizza," the International Pizza Expo, held annually in Naples since 2016, targets Horeca professionals and sector operators. In 2025, it will uniquely occur simultaneously in Naples and Shanghai on May 19, marking its eighth edition and first venture outside Italy. This expansion stems from a partnership between Tuttopizza, the Campania Region, Compexposium, the Sial Network, and Squisito Eventi. The global pizza market is valued at $148.6 billion as of 2023, with 12,000 Italian restaurants in Shanghai alone. The SIAL China expo in Shanghai is the third largest food fair globally, enhancing Tuttopizza's international reach and celebrating the craft of Neapolitan pizza making, a UNESCO heritage since 2017.

🍹 Starting December 10, Milan's beloved rooftop venue, ORGANICS SkyGarden at the Hyatt Centric Milan Centrale, introduces Red Bull's new Winter Edition Sugarfree in Iced Vanilla Blueberry flavor. The energy drink promises a sensory blend of sweet and vibrant berry notes, creamy vanilla, cotton candy, gummy bears, a fizzy touch, and a refreshing eucalyptus finish. In addition, mixologist Daniele Gentili crafted two exclusive cocktails, Winter Free and Happy Grinch, to complement the new edition. The can design features a unique, tactile matte texture with a striking blue hue.
