🍪 Fattorie Garofalo, a leading buffalo dairy market player, will present two new products at Marca by Bolognafiere in Bologna, the only Italian trade fair dedicated to commercial branding. Their Mozzarella da Latte Fresco 100% Bufala Garofalo will be available in 500g nodini bags, soon also in 1kg format, and 250g clip bags. The Stracciatella 100% Bufala will come in 250g stand-up paper cluster trays for enhanced visibility in both gastronomy counters and self-service aisles.

SCA Italy: tutto pronto per i Campionati Italiani Barista al SIGEP 2025

Cathay Pacific, torna a giugno il Roma-Hong Kong

✈️ Cathay Pacific resumes direct flights between Hong Kong and Rome Fiumicino from June 5, 2025. The seasonal summer service will run thrice weekly, adding to the five weekly flights from Milan Malpensa, which will increase to daily from March 30, 2025. Coinciding with Rome's 2025 Jubilee year, Cathay Pacific's return marks nearly 40 years since its first direct flights in 1986. The flights will use the Airbus A350-900. Six new cities, including Hyderabad in March, Dallas in April, Munich in June, and Brussels in August, will join Cathay Pacific's network by 2025, along with HK Express launching flights to Sendai in January, targeting 100 global destinations by 2025.
