This marks their 14th property, with others in key Italian destinations including Matera and future plans for Rome, targeting the mid-high market segment.

🏖️ In 2025, Idee per Viaggiare expanded its exclusive offerings with the introduction of the Lily Beach Resort & SPA 5* in the Maldives, specifically on Huvahendhoo Island, Ari Atoll. The Italian market will now have four exclusive destinations through the tour operator, including two in the Maldives and two in Dubai. CEO Danilo Curzi aims to grow their presence in the Maldives, targeting upscale clientele. A promotional plan includes digital campaigns and familiarization trips. 🌆 AN Hotels has announced the grand return of the Hotel Giulio Cesare in Rapallo, set for spring 2025. This historic Liberty-style hotel, established in the early 1900s and located opposite the city's marina, will reopen as AN Hotel Giulio Cesare Rapallo after significant renovations while preserving its Belle Epoque structure. Spanning approximately 2,000 square meters across 4+1 floors, the property will feature 19 units: 7 apartments, 3 junior suites, 7 suites, and 2 penthouses with jacuzzi pools—all with balconies, gardens, or terraces. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a panoramic rooftop terrace overlooking the Gulf of Tigullio. The chain already owns 4 hotels in the Milan area.

🏠 Romeo Collection opens a luxury urban resort in Rome with 74 rooms, located behind Piazza del Popolo, in via Ripetta. The hotel showcases design work by architect Zaha Hadid and features the first Roman restaurant by renowned chef Alain Ducasse. Housed in a 16th-century building, it doubles as a living art gallery, displaying contemporary art and historic artifacts, such as a marble head of Livia Drusilla. The hotel also offers a full-day restaurant, a panoramic lounge, and the Sisley Paris Spa with an indoor-outdoor pool.

🏠 Rocco Forte Hotels to open The Carlton Milan, its tenth Italian property, at the end of summer 2025 in Milan following Rocco Forte House Milan's launch in September. After extensive renovations by design director Olga Polizzi and interior designers Paolo Moschino and Philip Vergeylen, the hotel aims to offer an authentic Milanese experience. The Carlton Milan will feature 70 rooms and suites, a restaurant, lounge bar, wellness center with gym and spa, and a panoramic bar with 360-degree city views.

🏠 Vocabolo Moscatelli, a boutique hotel in Umbria, was created by former five-star hotel concierge Frederik Kubierschky and Catharina Lütjens. The property, once a 12th-century monastery near Umbertide, Perugia, emphasizes local craftsmanship. Architect Jacopo Venerosi Pesciolini of Archiloop designed the renovation, respecting historical elements while integrating modern comfort. The hotel features unique rooms and suites, a spa suite, and a private chapel for weddings. Vocabolo Moscatelli is part of Design Hotels, listed in Michelin Guide, won a spot on Condé Nast Hot List 2023, and is featured on The Aficionados platform. The hotel offers personalized experiences, a la carte breakfast, and no TVs (unless requested). Activities include truffle hunting, foraging, ceramic courses, and visits to local artisanal sites.

🏡 Grand Hotel Faraglioni in Aci Trezza, Aci Castello (CT), unveiled a new seafront covered terrace with views of the faraglioni. The previously open-air lounge has been renovated with panoramic windows for year-round use. The terrace houses the "Itaca" bar and "Canto delle Sirene" restaurant, which offers Aci Trezza's traditional maritime cuisine. The entire space is dominated by dark blue colors. The bar, run by Rosario Trovato, and kitchen, led by Michele Siracusa under executive chef Simone Strano, will serve guests from 17:00 to 23:00 and 19:00 to 22:00, respectively, with extended future hours planned from 10:30 to 23:00.
