🏨 Borgo dei Conti Resort in Umbria, near Perugia, opened last summer and includes a new Colonica with 19 rooms. The resort, designed by Spagnulo & Partners, spans 16 hectares and features 40 rooms, two restaurants, an infinity pool, and a cinema. Fiemme Tremila's biocompatible wood flooring was used throughout. The renovation project, covering 2,600 square meters, was managed by Bazzurri and emphasized health through material choices.

🏠 Wilderness Rwanda will launch "The Sanctuary" at Wilderness Bisate in December 2025, expanding its wellness offerings. This holistic center will also appear later at Wilderness Mombo in Botswana. 🏠 Bulgari Resorts and Mansion Bodrum has initiated its hospitality and residential project, developed by Ahen, with the first mansion completed. Located on a pristine 60-hectare peninsula between two scenic bays on Bodrum's coast, the project will cover 68 hectares, featuring a resort and 101 Bulgari Mansions ranging from 3 to 6 bedrooms. The mansions, spanning 850 to 2,800 square meters, will offer access to a 2,200-square-meter spa, restaurants, and private beach clubs.
