BiermanHenket led the renovation, featuring FritsJurgens' brass pivot doors in the Main Hall, dividing spaces for up to 1,000 people. Gielissen crafted doors measuring 7m high, each weighing 380 kg. FritsJurgens' System M+ hinges, supporting up to 500 kg, offer durability and safety, tested for one million cycles.

🏨 La Bottega Collective, led by CEO Tommaso Pacini, combines products and services for luxury hospitality. With support from Three Hills and Ou(r) Group, it achieved a consolidated revenue over €200 million in 2024, serving 15,000+ clients globally. Significant acquisitions include Beltrami, Vanity Group, and Palatino. Three Hills invested €115 million for a 49.6% stake. 🍕 Brucio opens its third location in Rome’s Prati district, following Piazza delle Coppelle and Testaccio. The new 300 sqm space seats 150, split between indoors and a 60-seat outdoor area. Open daily from 11:30 to 23:30, it serves traditional Roman dishes and seasonal innovations, with pizzas featuring 96-hour fermentation. Chef Antonio Romano and pizzaiolo Alessandro Petrolà lead the culinary team, while the pastry and mixology offerings add unique flair to the dining experience.
