🏨 Caracciolo Hospitality Group is enhancing its portfolio in Naples by acquiring the historic Hotel Miramare, located along the waterfront. A comprehensive renovation began mid-last year, set to last for two years, aiming to maintain its historical elegance with modern design. An exclusive management deal with Essenza Hospitality, led by Giovanni Paone, starts in 2026. The plan includes luxury seaside offerings and two restaurants managed by Essenza, featuring cuisine by acclaimed chef Vincenzo Guarino.

🍴 Towns of Italy launches its new Tourist Hub & Cooking School in Rome's Palazzo Colonna, near the Trevi Fountain. This marks their fourth location, adding to those in Florence, Milan, and Palermo. Established in 2006, they specialize in experiential tourism for international visitors. CEO Luca Perfetto highlights this as a flagship store, enhancing Rome’s tourism with cooking classes and iconic tours, including the Colosseum and Vatican. They also offer city tours and unique experiences across Italy.

🏖 Constance Hotels & Resorts introduces a new Water Villas concept at Constance Halaveli Maldives by architects Marc Hertrich and Nicolas Adnet. Located in North Ari Atoll, 25 minutes by seaplane from Malé, this 5-star resort has 57 overwater villas, each 100 sqm with a private pool. There are also 28 beach villas, including 8 duplexes (410 sqm) and a Presidential Villa (700 sqm). Onsite experiences include dining over the sea, a PADI 5 Star dive center, and various leisure activities.

The chain's Italian hotels are 4-star lifestyle properties, with a reputation score of 93.7% for its Collection line. Expansion plans include Geneva, marking their 32nd property.

🏝️ Nobu expands to the Maldives with a new ultra-luxury resort on Munyafushi island in the Laamu Atoll. The resort, in partnership with Sarat International, features 26 beach villas, 30 overwater villas, and 10 residences. It combines Japanese-inspired architecture with natural textures and contemporary luxury. Guests will enjoy amenities including a main pool, spa, fitness center, diving center, tennis courts, event spaces, and a Nobu restaurant located on a private island.

🏨 The Webster, a new lifestyle hotel brand, launches in London in July 2026 at Lincoln's Inn Fields, followed by New York in winter 2026. Inspired by literary heritage, the London venue has 3 Italian-themed restaurants. New York's location embraces a dynamic dining concept with Maison Premiere. Designed by Red Deer, the hotels feature flexible public spaces, intimate lounges, and cultural programming, including the Webster Book Club and Secret Wish rituals, fostering community and creativity.

🏨 Gianluca Scialfa, of Color Holiday, expands in 2023 to Minervino di Lecce, Salento, with Color Dolmen Family Village. The acquisition of the former Dolmen Sport Resort adds a significant 190-unit property on 11 hectares. Opening in spring, it features "Premium All Inclusive" amenities, including pools, sports facilities, and a restaurant. Scialfa's goal is to create a European hub for family tourism, merging Romagna's dynamic hospitality with Salento's authentic charm.
