🏨 LVG Hotel Collection expands its portfolio by adding the Grand Hotel Mediterranée in Alassio, Liguria, bringing its total to 16 managed hotels. Situated in Alassio, Savona, the hotel features 96 rooms, a private beach, spa, and fitness area. LVG manages 16 properties across Piemonte, Lombardia, Veneto, Liguria, and Sardegna, totaling 987 rooms, aiming to grow to 50 hotels in three years. Guidato dallo chef stellato Christian Mandura, il ristorante offre un'esperienza di fine dining al buio con alta qualità delle materie prime. Il percorso di cena include piatti come nigiri e mochi al cioccolato fondente con caviale. L'esperienza dura almeno tre ore per 90 euro (escluse bevande), con cocktail a 15 euro. Akoya pianifica una sezione sakè e una sigari room.
