The design blends Italian stone tradition with contemporary brutalist architecture, featuring Fior di Pesco and Rainbow Sandstone tones. Situato nel Porto Antico, parte del progetto di riqualificazione urbana di Renzo Piano, sarà sviluppato con AG Group. L'hotel offrirà ristoranti, bar panoramico, spa, piscina, palestra e sale meeting. Genova avrà collegamenti ferroviari ad alta velocità con Milano dal 2026, o realisticamente 2027, in soli 53 minuti.
