🏨 Rome's iconic Hotel d’Inghilterra – Starhotels Collezione, after undergoing a meticulous restyling, reopened its doors. TTG Luxury toured the hotel with General Manager Massimo Colli. Renovations began on the top three floors and then, from November 2023, the hotel was closed for 11 months to revamp common areas, including Cafè Romano and the bar. The number of rooms and suites was reduced from 84 to 80 to provide more spacious accommodations. A new rooftop terrace is planned to open in 2025.

📅 flydubai has inaugurated its new Business Class lounge at Dubai International's Terminal 2. The 900 square meter space accommodates over 200 passengers. Located post-passport control and security in Terminal 2's departures, it allows direct boarding from the lounge to dedicated Business Class buses for flights. Chief Commercial Officer Hamad Obaidalla marks 15 years of flydubai's operation, emphasizing continuous customer experience improvements. The lounge features glass facades, diverse seating, dining, relaxing areas, international buffet, à la carte options, showers, prayer room, free Wi-Fi, workstations, and charging stations.

Italy will see openings like Edition at Lake Como and W Florence. The Red Sea Edition in Saudi Arabia and JW Marriott Crete Resort & Spa are upcoming. The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection's Ilma sets sail in the Mediterranean, with Luminara following in summer 2025. The St. Regis Aruba Resort opens in 2025, and W New York - Union Square will be W's global flagship.

🏠 Blue Hotels acquires the Beverly Alps Hotel & Spa in Pinzolo, adding it as the third property in Trentino, Italy. The 4-star superior hotel, featuring 41 rooms and suites, will open on December 21. Amenities include a wellness center with an indoor pool, jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, an emotional shower with cold mist and tropical rain, and a relaxation area. Nicola Risatti, the group's president, expresses commitment to the Trentino region and pride in this prestigious addition.

🏠 Castelfalfi in Tuscany has recently opened a two-story penthouse within its castle, named Stefano Ricci-La Rocca. Opened just over two weeks ago, the penthouse features 2 suites, a main living room with a fireplace, dining area, bar, and an adjoining kitchen available for show cooking sessions. The second-floor suite offers exclusive access to a terrace with a Jacuzzi, overlooking the Tuscan hills, while the ground floor has a hall with a working fireplace and private elevator access.

🎁 Hotel de la Ville in Rome unveils its festive attire with sustainable decorations in collaboration with Brioni, launching the first Café Ginori with a boutique on December 8. This initiative, a partnership between Rocco Forte Hotels and Ginori 1735, merges fine Italian porcelain and lifestyle excellence. Located on Via Sistina, Café Ginori offers an innovative experience combining fine dining, high-level hospitality, and the culinary artistry of Chef Fulvio Pierangelini. The café's bold elegance features Domus home decor collections, and the boutique allows guests to purchase Ginori porcelain, bringing home a piece of the experience.

🏛 Space Hotels announced the addition of Sweet Hotel, located near Vicenza with 76 modern and elegant rooms and suites. Sweet Hotel features restaurants La Veneziana and Mediterraneo Brasserie, Mar Café for drinks, an outdoor pool, and a meeting room. Amenities include free private parking, e-bike rental, and fast Wi-Fi throughout. Focus on sustainability and personalized experience, it's a starting point for exploring Vicenza's hills, vineyards, and Brenta river landscapes. 🏡 Marriott's W Hotels will launch the W Florence in Florence, Italy next spring. Owned by Progetto Majestic S.r.l., this new hotel marks the luxury brand's expansion into Tuscany, adding to its portfolio of approximately 60 hotels worldwide. W Florence is steps away from Via de’ Tornabuoni, centrally located between Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo. The hotel will feature 119 rooms, including 16 suites and a highlight Penthouse Suite with a private terrace offering Duomo and Santa Maria Novella views. Additionally, the W Lounge on the ground floor will merge the city's vibe with live music and cocktails, while the rooftop garden aims to become a fusion of classic elegance and contemporary style.

🏦 In early 2025, Pacini Group will open The Goethe Hotel, a 27-room luxury boutique hotel located between Ara Pacis and Piazza del Popolo in Rome, joining the Small Luxury Hotels of the World. Emidio Pacini, CEO & Founder, emphasizes the hotel's culture-infused design by architects Chiara Caberlon and Claudia Benzi. Highlights include an infinite library at the entrance and three themed suites—Doge, Medici, and Borbonica. Affinity – Kitchen & Alchemy serves as the hotel's restaurant and lounge bar, complemented by a private Spa for relaxation.

📍 Four Seasons Hotel New York reopened late this year, celebrated for Art Decò style. In 2025, Four Seasons will debut several properties: the 131-room Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Cartagena in Colombia's Getsemaní district, featuring the restored 16th-century Temple of San Francisco; Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore Santa Barbara in California after a restoration; and the 94-suite Four Seasons Resort Mykonos in Greece with views of the Aegean Sea and sustainable design. The Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort in Florida, will offer 216 rooms, dining options, golf, and water sports. Four Seasons Resort Red Sea at Shura Island will feature 149 rooms, six dining venues, a spa, and marine discovery center. Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay in Saudi Arabia will have 220 rooms focused on sustainability and wellness, while the Four Seasons Hotel Madinah will cater to visitors near the Prophet's Mosque.
