Air France, rebranding per la premium economy: diventa ‘Premium’

✈ Air France rebrands its Premium Economy to "Premium" for a more exclusive offering. Majority of the fleet will feature new, wider reclining seats by end 2025. The upgrade comes 15 years after the class was first introduced, enhancing service including dining. The expanded Premium seat will be available on selected Boeing 777 and Airbus A350, covering around 80% of the fleet by end of 2025, offering 94-97 cm legroom and an adjustable footrest.

Princess Cruises aggiunge una nuova crociera per l’eclissi di sole del 2026

🌞 Princess Cruises has scheduled a new cruise for August 12, 2026, to observe the total solar eclipse. The Sun Princess will depart from Barcelona on August 8, 2026, and position off the southern coast of Spain for the eclipse event, offering over two minutes of total darkness. Astronomy experts will be on board, with safety glasses provided for guests. There will be stargazing, solar system trivia, themed delicacies and drinks. Six different departure options are available for booking.

Windstar Cruises amplia la programmazione sul Pacifico meridionale

🏖 Windstar Cruises expands in the South Pacific with new itineraries to Fiji, Tonga, and the Cook Islands starting from 2026, along with shorter trips such as a 7-night cruise to Tuamotu and an 11-night cruise to the Marquesas. India: nuovo centro visti per l’Italia a Nuova Delhi

📌 VFS Global inaugurated a new visa center in New Delhi, attended by Indian Ministry of Foreign Affairs officials, Schengen Area member Consuls, and travel industry professionals. Scomparso il giornalista Mario D’Arrigo

Malesia, obiettivo 2026: a caccia di 35,6 milioni di turisti

🏖️ Malaysia sees a surge in Italian tourist arrivals from January to June 2024, surpassing pre-pandemic levels with an 11.2% growth compared to the same period in 2019. During these six months, Malaysia welcomed 24,561 visitors from Italy, a 52.8% increase from 2023. Italy ranks as the fifth-largest European market for Malaysian tourism, with June 2024 recording a record high of 3,780 Italian arrivals. Malaysia aims to host 27.3 million arrivals in 2024 and targets 35.6 million international tourists by 2026. Datuk Manoharan Periasamy, Director General of Tourism Malaysia, highlights Italy among the top five European markets and anticipates more Italian tourists in the coming years. Visit Malaysia 2026 focuses on cultural richness and sustainable tourism.
