CIR Regione Lazio: prorogata al 1° gennaio 2025 la scadenza per b&b, case vacanze e alloggi turistici

🏨 In Lazio region, the deadline for accommodations to obtain the Regional Identification Code (CIR) has been extended to January 1, 2025. This extension from the original date of October 31, 2024, introduced by the regional government, aims to assist with technical difficulties faced by operators. The Ross1000 Anagrafica Lazio system, active since last July, replaces the previous CISE and is essential for acquiring the National Identification Code (CIN), ensuring transparency and compliance across the region's hospitality industry.

Un nuovo complesso termale nel regno del wellness: a Montegrotto l’opening di M2Pools

🌋 The Bregolin family inaugurated the M2Pools thermal pool and Spa complex in Montegrotto Terme, repurposing a former hotel site with a significant investment. M2Pools, adjacent to Hotel Marco Polo, features three pools over 500 square meters each, set in a 3,000 square meter park with adult-only daily access. The Spa offers 48 hydro-massage stations, a cave, a sauna, an emotional thermal path, and energy self-sufficiency through photovoltaic panels. The initiative began in 2019 after acquiring the ex-hotel Bagno Romano area, with plans diverted from a retirement home due to a collaboration with the administration. The project overcame COVID-related delays and rising raw material costs, supported in part by the Veneto Region.

Egitto, inaugurata la Scuola italiana di Ospitalità: formerà professionisti per gli hotel tricolori
