Oman, nuovi piani per superare i 76mila arrivi

🏖 Oman expects to surpass 76,000 Italian arrivals in 2025, aiming for a 7% increase from the over 72,000 visitors in 2024, which included about 24,000 cruise tourists. This marks a recovery to pre-Covid levels, with 103 active tour operators compared to 110 in 2019. Key events in 2025 include the Beach Games in April, the prestigious Oman Perfume Show from May 29 to June 2, and the Jewel of Arabia Expedition in January 2026. Oman Air has restored 11 daily flights from Milan and Rome. The capital, Muscat, is enhancing its cultural appeal with a new museum district and promoting year-round tourism, including during Ramadan and with new trekking trails and the "Hanging Terraces" hospitality project.

BZAR hotels accelera in Italia: 6 nuove acquisizioni per i marchi Signature e Gateway

🏨 BZAR hotels expanded its portfolio by acquiring 6 new properties in three months, from January to the present. The Signature brand welcomes Hotel Adoro, Palazzo delle Coppelle, Hotel Fori Imperiali in Rome, and Palazzo Buenos Aires in Milan. The Gateway brand adds Castello di Leonina in Tuscany and Borgo La Ferriera in Tuscia. BZAR now boasts over 50 hotels in Italy, totaling 1,700 rooms and suites. Filippo Ribacchi, BZAR's president, aims for significant growth with a revenue forecast exceeding €65 million by 2025.

Italferr has been assigned lots 1 and 8, involving the construction of a 12-kilometer line with an 11-kilometer tunnel and Shivpuri station, as well as two tunnels measuring 6.6 and 7.1 kilometers, including Golthir and Gauchar stations.
