💻 Alidays CEO Davide Catania presents interactive travel planning platform's latest tech advancements to agencies in Central and Southern Italy at Circolo Rari Nantes in Naples. Utilizing AI, the platform AlyDa provides travel solutions considering clients' preferences, from music to food, culture, and nature, generating options in seconds, complete with a QR code for easy client communication. 🏡 Sir Rocco Forte announces the reopening of Verdura Resort, a Sicilian hospitality icon, revealing a comprehensive renovation in 2025. The resort introduces a new mixology bar, Scirocco, and three restaurants: L’Osteria, Zagara, and Buongiorno. A 16th-century Saracen tower area now features the Japanese-Sicilian fusion restaurant Nagori, a shopping area, and the refreshed Liolà restaurant. The main entrance, redesigned by Olga Polizzi, Director of Design at Rocco Forte Hotels, welcomes guests into a sanctuary bathed in golden light. The resort, set in 230 hectares of Sicilian nature, aims to elevate the luxury hospitality and privacy experience for guests in the 2025 season.

Barcellona, scatta la revoca delle licenze per 10mila alloggi turistici

Ncl accoglie nella flotta Norwegian Aqua, la sua ventesima nave

🌊 Norwegian Cruise Line took delivery of the Norwegian Aqua from Fincantieri, marking its 20th fleet ship and the inaugural ship of the new Prima Plus class. The Norwegian Luna's exterior completion was celebrated as it touched water for the first time, with interior outfitting set for a Spring 2026 debut. Norwegian Aqua, 10% larger than its predecessors, accommodates 3,571 passengers, features the Aqua Slidecoaster, and sails to the Caribbean, Bermuda, and Great Stirrup Cay. After European inaugural cruises, it will cross from Southampton to the U.S. on March 28, 2025, arriving on April 4, for inaugural events in Boston and New York City, before regular departures from Miami, Port Canaveral, and NYC.

✈ Wizz Air will launch a new flight route connecting Catania, Sicily to Wroclaw, Poland starting March 31, 2026. Flights will operate twice a week, every Tuesday and Saturday. This addition by Wizz Air strengthens the connection between Sicily and Poland, complementing existing routes to Katowice and Warsaw, and expands their network from Catania to 19 routes across 11 countries.

Ita Airways si prepara per l’estate: oltre 100 destinazioni nel network

✈️ ITA Airways expands for summer 2025 to 59 destinations (16 domestic, 27 international, and 16 intercontinental) plus 12 seasonal Mediterranean spots from Rome Fiumicino and Milan Linate. Beginning March 30, over 100 connections via codeshare agreements with Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, and Air Dolomiti. Turin-Olbia from July 26 to September 6, Milan Linate-Munich with two daily flights on weekdays and one on holidays. A new Rome-Mauritius route starts November 7 with two weekly flights.

The expansion includes increasing weekly flights to Amsterdam (7 to 11), Damascus (3 to 14), Dar Es Salaam-Kilimanjaro (3 to 7), Entebbe (7 to 11), Larnaca (7 to 10), London Heathrow (49 to 56), Madrid (14 to 17, with joint operations by Qatar Airways and Iberia going from 21 to 24), Maputo-Durban (5 to 7), Sharjah (21 to 35), Tokyo Narita (11 to 14), and Tunis (10 to 12).
