With a 30-year career at Unilever, he brings extensive FMCG experience, leading Froneri's Italian companies and production sites in Ferentino and Terni. He succeeds Luca Regano, now Global Chief Marketing Officer. Cipollone previously managed business in Nordic countries and Southern Europe. Froneri, formed in 2016 from a Nestlé and R&R joint venture, is the world's second-largest packaged ice cream producer, operating in 25 countries with around 13,500 employees.

La Famiglia Carpenè annuncia la scomparsa di Etile Carpenè

🖤 Etile Carpenè, a prominent figure in the wine industry and the fourth generation of Italy's oldest sparkling wine house, passed away on October 23, 2024, at the age of 80 in Conegliano. He was lauded for his dedication to Prosecco and the land, and for spearheading the family business, Carpenè-Malvolti, into global prominence. Etile, who held degrees from the University of Ferrara and specialized in Enology from Bordeaux, also served as President of the Istituto Metodo Classico and held positions in Federvini and the Prosecco Consortium. His daughter, Rosanna Carpenè, now leads the family business. A memorial service is scheduled for October 26 at the Chiesa Parrocchiale dei Santi Martino e Rosa in Conegliano.
