🛳️ Barbara Baldini is the new Commercial Director for Explora Journeys in Italy, part of the MSC Cruises Group, as of July 2025. With extensive experience in the international tourism sector, she started at Avalon Waterways in 2010. Her role involves strengthening the brand's market position and managing sales and distribution. Explora Journeys is expanding its fleet to six ships by 2028, with Explora I and II already operating in the Caribbean and Mediterranean.

✈️ Rita Gaglione is now leading Ibar after the mid-year assembly in Milan, succeeding Flavio Ghiringhelli, who is moving to Dubai for a new role as Vice President of Southern Europe at Emirates. 📆 Agostino Mazzocchi becomes President, CEO, and Commercial Director of Michelin Italiana SpA on July 14, 2025, taking over from Matteo De Tomasi. Michelin, headquartered in Clermont-Ferrand, France, operates in 175 countries with 129,800 employees.
