Conclusa con successo l'esperienza formativa della Bauli Patisserie Academy
🎂 Michele Bertagnoli and Rebecca Cortese, young talents from Italy, were recently integrated into the Bauli Pastry Team as part of the Bauli Patisserie Academy's inaugural edition, which concluded weeks ago. The training program, launched in April, was a free initiative by Gruppo Bauli in collaboration with CAST Alimenti. The Academy aims to innovate in pastry product development, focusing on new ingredients, flavors, and sustainable production processes. Bauli S.p.A., founded in 1922, now employs around 1300 people and operates seven production sites.
