The event promoted discussion among authors, scientists, and artists on current affairs. Ferrarelle teamed up with COREPLA, the National Consortium for the Collection, Recycling, and Recovery of Plastic Packaging, to install an ecocompactor for PET bottles at the venue, emphasizing the importance of proper recycling and circular economy. COREPLA's RECOPET project has collected over 2.5 million bottles.

Findings include: 53% of consumers value payment options, 66% have a preferred payment method, and 49% would spend more with more choices. 71% of hotels recognize the importance of offering payment variety, 64% plan to accept more payment methods, 62% will offer international methods, and 67% of travelers consider free cancellation within 24-48 hours crucial. Concerns over fraud affect 68% of consumers, and 55% of hotels consider phone payments favored by guests, yet only 2% of customers prefer it. Payment issues, such as card denial or delayed charges, impact the likelihood of returning customers.

Employees can convert part of the Performance-Related Bonus into flexible benefits online, choosing to convert €300, €500, €750, €1000, €1250, or €1500 of the bonus. Benefits include family services, various services, leisure, healthcare, and supplementary pension.

🌱 116,699 "green" products in GDO shelves communicate sustainability through specific claims, generating €43.8 billion in sales, representing 92.1% of the packaged consumer goods business. In 2023, value sales rose by +9.3% annually despite a -4.5% drop in sold volumes. Sustainability analysis by Osservatorio Immagino expanded in 2023, in partnership with Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna di Pisa. Environmental sustainability leads, with 83.6% of green products featuring related claims, most notably in "cold" and "fresh" departments, and private labels and top 20 brands being most active. Packaging recyclability claims are on 54.5% of products, with a +13.3% value sales increase. Social sustainability appears on 11,650 products (8.4% of the total), generating €6.1 billion in sales, while animal welfare is a niche, with 2,803 products (2% of the total) accounting for €1.4 billion in sales.
