Mowi Professional, la risposta alle nuove tendenze alimentari nella ristorazione

🍹 Mowi, a Norwegian leader in the salmon sector, offers a range of products for restaurants called MOWI PROFESSIONAL, featuring cold-smoked salmon, salmon burgers, and tartare. Despite a 3.1% increase in foodservice prices from 2023, 88% of surveyed Italians continue dining out. The CREST study by Circana shows a 1.2% increase in fish consumption in restaurants from 2022, with salmon dishes accounting for 30% of total fish consumption. MOWI PROFESSIONAL products, rich in Omega 3, are responsibly farmed in Norwegian fjords without antibiotics or GMOs, and certified by Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC). The line includes CRYO-frozen salmon cubes (2 Kg), breaded salmon burgers (150g), and natural burgers (100g). Mowi has topped the Coller FAIRR index for sustainable protein producers for five consecutive years.
