Affitti brevi a Milano, Aigab: “La ‘bolla’ non esiste”
💰 Aigab's analysis, shared by Marco Celani, reveals that in Milan, as of July, only 1.8% of the over 100,000 vacant homes were used for short-term rentals, equating to 14,916 residences. Of these, only 6,000 to 7,000 were used steadily. Short-term rentals generated €473 million in bookings, contributing €1.89 billion to the local economy over the past year. The economic impact includes €294 million in VAT and €54 million in flat tax revenue.
