💸 Italy's Piano Transizione 5.0 incentives, managed by GSE, are active for purchases from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2025, with documentation due by February 28, 2026. A total of €6.3 billion is allocated for the program, with the tax credit usable via F24 and must be claimed by December 31, 2025. 🏖️ In August, 18 million Italians chose to vacation, marking a 10% decline in domestic tourists compared to 2023, but overall an increase of 1% in national holidaymakers with a 12% rise in spending. Despite the decade-low for August departures, Italy remains the favored destination with one-third staying within their region and 29% traveling abroad. Italy’s tourism sector comprises over 400,000 businesses, with 97% in dining and hospitality. Lombardy (13.5%), Lazio (11%), and Campania (10.3%) have the highest concentration of tourism businesses.
