''EVOlogo'', la nuova professione dell’olio. Iscrizioni aperte per il corso biennale gratuito

This biennial, free course is launched by the Fondazione ITS Academy Agroalimentare and supported by Regione Lazio through the PNRR. Classes are held in Rome at ITS Academy Agroalimentare's new premises, featuring 1000 hours of lessons, labs, and field visits, three days a week, plus an 800-hour internship. The curriculum includes practical activities with a specialization diploma and certifications in phyto-sanitary, olive oil tasting, HACCP, workplace safety, pruning, and table olive tasting upon completion.
