The mitre-shaped spaghetti dish combines traditional Neapolitan flavors with tartare, pomodoro del piennolo Vesuvio, basil, and edible gold leaf. The Deputazione della Cappella del Tesoro, an institution founded in 1527, safeguards the treasure.
