Cin per gli affitti brevi, dal 24 luglio l’accesso a Liguria e Sardegna

🏠 Starting from July 24, the experimental phase of Italy's national database for tourist accommodations will include Liguria and Sardinia. Previously added regions are Puglia, Abruzzo, Calabria, Lombardy, Marche, Sicily, and Veneto. Updates on service activation in other regions and autonomous provinces will be posted on the Tourism Ministry's website in the coming weeks. The platform allows property owners to request a National Identification Code (CIN) for advertising and displaying at their properties. During the experimental phase, no penalties are enforced for non-compliance. More information can be found at www.ministeroturismo.gov.it.
