The conference concluded with presentations from 14 architectural studios involved in the MODE eco mood hotel project in Rimini, emphasizing sustainable hospitality.

🍳 Eat Like a Star, founded by Enrico Baggio and Arianna Parisotto in Treviso, utilizes RATIONAL's advanced cooking technology like iCombi Pro and iVario Pro, to deliver about 5,000 high-quality gourmet meals weekly to hotels and restaurants. Their vacuum-sealed low-temperature cooking method extends shelf life to 40 days without preservatives, offering customization, waste reduction, and operational efficiency. The iCombi Pro's Finishing system ensures meals maintain moisture, quality, and taste, even during high-volume events.
