🍴 S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy has announced its international jury for the 2024-25 competition finale, with seven global culinary figures judging chefs under 30. Antonia Klugmann, Jeremy Chan, Christophe Bacquié, Mitsuharu 'Micha' Tsumura, Niki Nakayama, Elena Reyegadas, and Julien Royer form the jury. They will evaluate based on technical skill, creativity, and culinary vision. Regional finals are set for January 2025, leading to the Grand Finale in 2025. Sanpellegrino S.p.A., founded in 1899, distributes products in over 150 countries.

🍫 Dietor, leader in sugar-free products, launches a new line with a taste closer to sugar, featuring a natural blend of flavors. 🍽 Grand Hotel San Pietro in Taormina, owned by Lindbergh Hotels, hosts two gastronomic events on September 16; Fausto Arrighi presents his book "Al Ristorante come a Teatro" at 18:30, followed by "Dallo Ionio all’Adriatico" dinner at 20:30 with chefs Luca Miuccio and Michelin-starred Stefano Ciotti. 🍕 "Una Pizza Napoletana" in New York, led by Anthony Mangieri, topped the 50 Top Pizza World 2024 rankings, displacing "I Masanielli" by Francesco Martucci in Caserta after six years. The awards ceremony was held at the Teatro Mercadante in Naples, with 29 countries featured in the list, Italy leading with 41 out of 100 pizzerias, followed by the USA with 15. Special recognition "Empower Women" was awarded to Giorgia Caporuscio of Don Antonio in New York. The event included a performance by the Ondanueve String Quartet.

🏢 On September 16, the event "Territori in tour – Turismi, logistica e sostenibilità nelle piattaforme territoriali dell’Horeca" takes place at NEXT - Nuova Esposizione Ex Tabacchificio SAIM in Borgo di Cafasso, Capaccio-Paestum (SA) from 15:00 to 19:00. 🍔 EmiliaFoodFest, a festival celebrating the flavors and traditions of the Via Emilia region, will take place in Carpi from September 20 to 22. The third edition of the festival will start at Piazza Martiri and showcase producers from across Emilia. Key highlights include local product tastings such as mostarda fina carpigiana, marmellata di maiale, and gelato from Gelateria Dei Principi. The festival also features the journalist award "Premio giornalistico SANDRO BELLEI" to be awarded to Luca Bonacini. 🎵 Trenitalia partners with X Factor 2024, a Sky Original show by Fremantle, airing from September 12 on Sky and NOW. Frecciarossa trains, featuring judges' faces and show host (Achille Lauro, Jake La Furia, Manuel Agnelli, Paola Iezzi, Giorgia), will travel nationally until December 5, 2024, taking finalists to Naples for the final at Piazza del Plebiscito. Trenitalia assists contestants' travel to Milan for auditions every Friday from October 25 until November 29, with showcases at Milan Central Station for eliminated participants.

🚢 Crystal Cruises schedules a 135-night World Cruise for 2026, from Los Angeles to Civitavecchia, embarking on January 11 and arriving on May 26.
