🌊 Roberto Perocchio, President of Assomarinas, announced on October 31 at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show in Florida the Icomia World Marinas Conference, scheduled for October 15-17, 2025 in Venice at Isola della Certosa. The event will host a maximum of 500 participants from every continent and around 40 speakers from Icomia-affiliated marina organizations. 🍺 "Rossi&Bianchi" and "Nessie Viaggi" launch "Momenti di Gusto Birra" beer tours starting November 1-3 in Antwerp, Belgium, catering to a limited group of 15 beer enthusiasts led by beer expert Michela Cimatoribus. The 3-day Antwerp tour explores local breweries and beer spots, complemented by historical and cultural insights. Michela Cimatoribus of "Rossi&Bianchi" and "The Good Beer Society" crafted the tour, while "Nessie Viaggi", with 30 years of experience by Loredana Rinaldi and Mary Soria, manages the organization.

🍾 Global kosher wine market is expected to grow at a 5-7% CAGR over the next five years, with a +5% demand increase in Europe and up to +7% in the US compared to last year. The "Kosher Certification Synonymous with Italian and Lombard Excellence" conference was held on October 30 in Mantova. Edoardo Freddi International, Italy's first wine export management company, collaborates with several Italian wineries exporting kosher wines. In Italy, the top 5 regions for kosher product demand are Lazio, Lombardy, Emilia-Romagna, Veneto, and Friuli Venezia Giulia, with Tuscany and Piedmont following. The USA is the primary market for kosher wine, consuming 60% of global production, especially in New York and Los Angeles. Edoardo Freddi International's 2023 revenue exceeded €86 million, a +6% increase from 2022, with 35 million bottles sold mainly in the USA, Germany, UK, Denmark, Singapore, Belgium, Sweden, Poland, and Greater China.

🍵 On October 25, 2024, coffee enthusiasts gathered at the historic Bazzara headquarters in Trieste for the unforgettable Lounge Bazzara event. 🎓 TheSHEside, curated by Chiara Buzzi, launches as an international event highlighting women's roles in hospitality and bar industry set for 10-11 November 2024. 🏭 Italian Exhibition Group (IEG) unveils two new pavilions, adding 8,300 sqm to Rimini's fair district, ready for use starting Ecomondo, from November 5 to 8. President Maurizio Ermeti highlights the pavilions' rapid 4.5-month construction, soon to be followed by SIGEP in January. The expansion, overseen by Mirco Zamponi's Team Operations Rimini and Mijic Architects, includes the latest technology for visitor check-in and was executed by multiple contractors, including Pesaresi, HTS, Polistudio, F.lli Franchini, Studi TI, and Studio Sarti.

🍴 The 59th National White Truffle Fair of Acqualagna features chef Enrico Bartolini who has garnered twelve Michelin stars. The event starts on November 1, with a lamb ravioli, hazelnuts, and Acqualagna truffle recipe. The cooking show on November 2 and 3 includes a National Competition of Truffle Cities with participating cities such as Acqualagna, Amandola, Alba, San Miniato, and Potenza. 🏨 Hilton plans to open DoubleTree by Hilton Naples Oriente and Hampton by Hilton Rome St Peter's in 2025 in Italy. The Hampton property will feature 124 rooms and debut in March 2025, offering amenities like free breakfast, a gym, and meeting spaces. DoubleTree Naples, also franchised, will have 112 rooms, a gym, day-long restaurant, and a rooftop bar. Alan Mantin notes over 2,000 rooms in Hilton's Italian pipeline and nearly 60 million visitors to Italy in 2023.
