🍕 Antica Pizzeria Da Michele in the World (MITW) offers a free professional pizza-making course in partnership with Logos Formazione and Regione Campania, aimed at 10 apprentices aged 18-35. Alessandro Condurro, CEO of MITW, discussed the effort during the closing of the ninth edition, which awarded a 34-year-old Ghanaian trainee named Ghinde. The course covers dough preparation, ingredient analysis, pizza shaping and baking, supply management, food safety, self-empowerment, and economic aspects like Food cost in catering.

🍸 In 1858, Domenico Petrone established the Antica Distilleria Petrone. Andrea Petrone introduced a new line of liquors, "Alchimisti Reali", honoring the founder's legacy. The line consists of four elixirs with rare plants significant in spiritual alchemy: Laurea Divina, Santo Bianco, Opera, and Amaro Esoterico. Each has a limited production of 2000 bottles. The launch was on November 20 at the Galleria Borbonica in Napoli with experts like professor Gennaro Rispoli and barman Roberto Pellegrini.
