Callmewine partecipa a ''Evoluzione Naturale 2025''

🍷 Callmewine, an e-commerce platform established in 2010 in Italy, will attend the "Evoluzione Naturale" wine event on January 26-27, 2025, at the Antico Convento dei Cappuccini in Grottaglie, Taranto. Celebrating artisanal wine, the event features over 60 winemakers and hundreds of labels worldwide. Callmewine, with a team 50% under 35, offers more than 9,000 vetted labels and has been part of Italmobiliare Investment Holding S.p.A since 2021.

Il miglior caffè monoporzionato a Sigep 2025 è “Pulcinella” di Lucaffè

☕ Martedì 21 Gennaio e Mercoledì 22 Gennaio 2025, Sigep World di Rimini ospitò un contest del miglior caffè monoporzionato cialda in carta 44mm, organizzato dall’Associazione Maestri dell’Espresso Napoletano. Andrej Godina e Mauro Illiano parteciparono come assaggiatori. Lucaffè vinse con la miscela "Pulcinella", Toraldo ottenne una menzione per il corpo del caffè con "miscela cremosa", e Passalacqua per il bouquet aromatico con "manhoa". Eventi di formazione e divulgazione sul caffè puntano ad educare i consumatori.

Un anno di TAC: la pizzeria che ha rivoluzionato la pizza romana croccante

🍕 Pier Daniele Seu and Valeria Zuppardo celebrated the first anniversary of their Rome-based pizzeria, TAC - Thin and Crunchy, on January 24, 2024. TAC was officially opened in Mostacciano in January 2023 but originated in the summer of 2021 at Il Capanno in Ostia. For the anniversary, they presented the "Origini" pizza, combining Roman and Sardinian traditions. TAC's menu features a crispy Roman dough with 55% hydration, a tasting menu at 45€, and options for wine pairing from 20€ for 3 glasses to 25€ for 4 glasses. The pizzeria, designed by Valerio Scaccia, has about 70 seats and has received accolades including 3 spicchi from Gambero Rosso and 83rd place in the 50 Top Pizza Italia guide. Open daily from 7 PM to midnight, except Mondays.

Quaglia al centro dell’evento ''Il Vermouth a Torino''

The Bèrto Bianco Superiore, Bèrto Rosso Superiore, Bèrto Bianco, Bèrto Rosso, and Bèrto Dry selection by Quaglia will be showcased, honoring Piedmontese excellence. Antica Distilleria Quaglia, established in 1890 and family-owned since 1906, has been certified as an organic distillery since 2018.

Sigep 2025: si chiude l'edizione più grande e globale di sempre

📈 Corrado Peraboni, CEO of Italian Exhibition Group, celebrated the international success of SIGEP World at the Rimini Fair. The event saw a +14% total attendance increase, with foreign visitation reaching an all-time high at +26%. Notably, the German market experienced a +68% growth in visitors. The 46th edition of SIGEP World, a leading event in the foodservice sectors of Gelato, Pastry, Chocolate, Coffee, Bakery, and Pizza, featured 1,300 exhibiting brands, 30 pavilions, and 138,000 square meters of exhibition space. The event also hosted four international competitions and facilitated over 5,500 business meetings. Saudi Arabia was highlighted as the "Guest Country," signaling its emerging strategic importance in the hospitality and dining sector. The next SIGEP World is scheduled for January 23-27, 2026, at the Rimini Fair.

Hospitality: presentata oggi la fiera internazionale dedicata a Hotellerie e Ristorazione

🏥 The 49th edition of "Hospitality – Il Salone dell’Accoglienza," an international fair in Italy focused on the hospitality and restaurant industry, will be held from February 3-6 at Riva del Garda Exhibition Centre in Trento. Featuring over 750 exhibitors with 26% new companies and spanning 45,000 square meters, the fair will showcase a variety of segments in the industry. Over 100 events and 110+ speakers will contribute to an extensive training program. International operators from Europe, Latin America, Egypt, Kenya, Saudi Arabia, and the UK will attend, while strategic alliances with various international and national bodies, including the Bavarian Ministry of Food, Agriculture, and Tourism, will be featured. The inauguration is scheduled for February 3 at 11 AM.

🏡 Tuttohotel Awards were held on January 22 at Mostra d’Oltremare in Naples, during the fifth edition of Tuttohotel. Thirty-two awards were presented to entrepreneurs and companies from central and southern Italy for their performance, quality of services, and innovation in hospitality. Notable awards included the Special Architectural Award to Studio Apostoli, Career Award to Teresa Naldi, and the Best Spa to Almablu Wellness & Spa. Other accolades were given for various hospitality categories such as beach clubs, luxury hotels, and customer experience.
