📍 On May 16, Air Canada will launch a new non-stop flight from Naples Capodichino to Montreal, marking the first direct connection between the Campania airport and Canada with four weekly flights. The service complements existing seasonal flights to New York-JFK, New York-Newark, and Philadelphia by American Airlines, Delta, and United, with United resuming its twice-daily flights from April 4. Air Canada will operate the Naples route with Boeing 787-800 aircraft, seating up to 255 passengers.

✈ Frontier Airlines launched Frontier Vacations, offering bundled airfares, hotels, and ground transportation for trips within the USA, the Caribbean, Mexico, and Latin America. Frontier Vacations also provides global hotel stays with exclusive deals for Frontier Miles members. Chief Commercial Officer Bobby Schroeter highlighted the ease of planning travel with these packages. To celebrate the launch, Frontier partnered with Wyndham Palmas Beach & Golf Boutique Resort in Humacao, Puerto Rico, to give away a trip for two.

🍕 On February 10, at 11 am in Portici (NA), the book "L'arte del pizzaiuolo napoletano tra tradizione e innovazione," the result of a 4-year multidisciplinary study on Neapolitan pizza, will be presented at the University of Naples Federico II. The project involved 20 researchers and professors from various Italian universities, alongside Professor Emeritus Paolo Masi. CEO Antimo Caputo funded 2 scholarships for new graduates to support the research, leading to the publication by Doppiavoice. The book provides scientific insights into the production of Neapolitan pizza, including fermentation, cooking processes, environmental impact, and possible innovations. The presentation will feature Mauro Moresi, Paolo Masi, and Antimo Caputo, with journalist Luciano Pignataro coordinating.

☕ Caffè Trucillo joins Taste Florence from February 8-10 at the 18th edition, celebrating 75 years in 2025. World Nutella® Day on February 5 was initiated by American blogger Sara Rosso in 2007. ☕ 1895 Coffee Designers by Lavazza will debut at the 18th edition of Pitti TASTE from February 8-10, 2025, in Florence's Fortezza da Basso. ✈ Boeing delays the debut of its B 777x, a bid to boost its presence in international markets, by one year due to ongoing certification with the FAA, without specifying reasons. The 'world's most efficient and largest twin-engine jet' will hit the market in 2026. The B777x promises to revolutionize long-haul flights, with a length of over 71 meters and a range of 17,220 kilometers. Emirates and Qatar Airways, with the latter ordering 130 units, are among the first customers.
