🍔 Opening today, Wednesday, December 11, in Camposampiero (PD), Italy, is the new Burger King restaurant, the 3rd directly owned store in the province of Padova and the 101st in Italy. This location features 24 employees, spans 406 square meters, and includes 118 indoor and 38 outdoor seating options. The restaurant offers a “Play King” indoor play area, Drive service, digital ordering through QR codes, a loyalty program “Be The King,” table service, and Home Delivery. In 2024, Burger King continues to grow with 284 restaurants in Italy, 34 opened in 2023, catering to over 20 million Italians.

🏦 In early 2025, Pacini Group will open The Goethe Hotel, a 27-room luxury boutique hotel located between Ara Pacis and Piazza del Popolo in Rome, joining the Small Luxury Hotels of the World. Emidio Pacini, CEO & Founder, emphasizes the hotel's culture-infused design by architects Chiara Caberlon and Claudia Benzi. Highlights include an infinite library at the entrance and three themed suites—Doge, Medici, and Borbonica. 📍 Four Seasons Hotel New York reopened late this year, celebrated for Art Decò style. In 2025, Four Seasons will debut several properties: the 131-room Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Cartagena in Colombia's Getsemaní district, featuring the restored 16th-century Temple of San Francisco; Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore Santa Barbara in California after a restoration; and the 94-suite Four Seasons Resort Mykonos in Greece with views of the Aegean Sea and sustainable design. The Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort in Florida, will offer 216 rooms, dining options, golf, and water sports. Four Seasons Resort Red Sea at Shura Island will feature 149 rooms, six dining venues, a spa, and marine discovery center. Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay in Saudi Arabia will have 220 rooms focused on sustainability and wellness, while the Four Seasons Hotel Madinah will cater to visitors near the Prophet's Mosque.

🍕 Daniele Cacciuolo, acclaimed pizzaiolo from Naples based in Gela, created "Gambero Fiorato" pizza, blending Campanian and Sicilian excellence with ingredients like Vesuvius yellow piennolo sauce and Campanian buffalo stracciata DOP. Topped with Mazara red shrimp tartare, Sorrento lemon peel, black pepper, edible flowers, and nocellara Etnea oil. Cacciuolo's restaurant was named Best Pizzeria in Sicily 2022 by All Food Sicily. He uses 65% hydration dough with 48 hours of fermentation. In 2016, Cacciuolo opened "La Bella Napoli" with his wife Marzia, and in 2024, "Daniele Cacciuolo pizzeria e bistrot".

🏡 In Lisbon's Baixa district, Convent Square Lisbon, Vignette Collection, a hotel in a 13th-century Dominican convent, features a sauna, fitness suite, and indoor pool with panoramic city views. 🍴 The Carlton Hotel is gearing up for the 12th season opening of Da Vittorio St. Moritz, run by the Famiglia Cerea. Executive Chef Paolo Rota, who joined in 2019, has helped the restaurant retain its two Michelin stars since 2020. Five tasting menus are available, including a la carte, two versions of Carta Bianca (7 or 10 courses), a truffle-focused section, a vegetarian option, and a lactose-free menu. Da Vittorio St. Moritz reopens on December 7, bringing a taste of Brusaporto to Engadina.

🍕 Ristò brand, operated by Iper La grande i, opened new restaurants in Seriate on October 21, in Portello on November 11, and in Vittuone on November 23. Designed by AMDL CIRCLE and Michele De Lucchi, the new format offers table service and a modern food experience. 🍕 On December 4, 2024, Antica Pizzeria Da Michele opened its first Brussels location at Rue Antoine Dansaert 53, near the Brussels Stock Exchange and Grand Place.
