In Sardinia, after the success of the Full All Inclusive in 2024, Calaserena Resort offers Special Full Board with non-alcoholic beverages, snacks all day, and expanded dining options, including buffet, themed, and beach restaurants, plus an All Inclusive with a selection of alcohols. 🏡 The Faro Capel Rosso on Isola del Giglio will reopen for a new luxury and adventure season, offering a 5-star service with a private chef. Visitors can approach the lighthouse by car but must walk a trail through Mediterranean flora. A ferry ride includes a free passage to the lighthouse, which is six kilometers from Giglio Castello. Options for arrival include helicopter, yacht, or sailboat. Pets are welcomed with special amenities.

Marloes Knippenberg, CEO of Kerten Hospitality, aims to transform guest experiences with a focus on authentic experiences, innovative design, and community. The hotel is artistically centered, collaborating with local artists and students from the Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma for site-specific artworks. The brand is expanding its presence in the Middle East, Africa, and Europe, integrating local talents and cultural elements. Cloud 7 Hotel Roma offers 37 rooms of various sizes and types, has a panoramic terrace, and is developed over six floors, totaling approximately 2,000 square meters. The interior design is inspired by Michelangelo’s “The Last Judgment,” with warm nuances in communal areas and ethereal tones in rooms. The Social Hub, a common area on the first floor, is designed for socialization, work, and cultural discovery, also serving locals with a welcoming, multifunctional space.

🍕 "Pausa", after its success in Milan, opens at the Arena del Derthona Basket in Tortona, offering over 100 seats, both indoors and outdoors, for a fast-casual dining experience featuring Italian cuisine staples such as pasta, pizza, focaccia, gelato, and coffee. Customers can personalize their dishes and rate their experience through a questionnaire. A loyalty card and pre-ordering via the Pausa APP or Deliveroo are available. 🤗 Tui Group's 500th hotel project will rise in Agadir, Morocco, under the Magic Life brand. Scheduled to open in summer 2027, the facility will boast 427 rooms, three restaurants, four bars, and three pools. The expansion will elevate Tui's portfolio in Morocco, complementing the existing Tui Blue Riu Tikida Beach and Robinson Agadir hotels. Tui aims to grow its portfolio from 433 to 600 hotels in the short term.

🍷 Cava Restaurant, after success in Sicily and Tuscany, launched in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt in November 2024 and in Tulum, Mexico with VR Club Hotels & Resorts. Manuel Dallori, the entrepreneur behind The Beach Luxury Club, plans to open the first Cava Bar in Sharm el Sheikh by Easter 2025, with a 4-6 months testing phase before expanding to other locations. The Cava Bar will offer Italian-style coffee, artisanal products, and gelato, catering H24 with breakfast, lunch, and late-night DJ sets and live music. American tourists make up 60-70% of visitors in Tulum, a luxury eco-chic and boho destination. Cava's menu varies by location with an Italian and international soul. The Beach Luxury Club, opened since 2018, will have new locations in Tuscany and Mexico in spring '24. Dallori, with over 25 years of experience and currently Corporate Entertainment Director at the Domina group, emphasizes Cava's detailed focus on design, service, and Italian cuisine tradition with a modern twist.

🍕 Puntarella, a restaurant located in the less chaotic area of Trastevere, Rome, near Piazza di Santa Maria, was opened in April 2024 by Oste per Caso, known for La Buvette and Dillà. Chef Giorgio Vitali and Alessandra Petrella, with over 20 years of experience, lead a kitchen that serves from 12 to 23 without breaks. The menu, which changes monthly, includes seafood, Roman classics, meat, vegetarian, and vegan dishes.
